Kindrid’s giving platform experienced some fantastic updates this month. We appreciate our customers working with us and providing valuable input as we continue to build the best church giving platform. It’s important to us that product updates are a direct result of feedback from the ministries we gratefully serve.
Here’s what’s new!
Partial Refunds
From Transactions, you can now provide a partial refund as well as full refunds.
Engagement Resources
The Resources tab has been renamed Engagement and includes downloadable materials you can customize to educate people on how to give. You can still access the Help Center via the question mark (?) in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Recurring Gift Notes
Add or modify additional notes for recurring gifts as needed.
Recurring Gift Management
Now, you can modify recurring gifts from the Donor Portal as well as from the Recurring Gifts tab.
Donor Helps Cover Processing Fees
Separately control ACH and Credit/Debit fee amounts when enabling the option for donors to help cover processes fees.
